Application Process

Candidates must first complete the Hong Kong Ph.D. Initial Application online.Fellowship Scheme Electronic System (HKPFSES) to get an HKPFS Reference Number by 1st December 2026, before submitting the application process for Ph.D. admission to their desired universities.
