Eligibility Criteria For Malaysia Government Scholarship
Applicants for scholarships under the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program (MTCP) must fulfill the following requirements:
- Candidates must be no more than 45 years of age at the time of application.
- For postgraduate studies, scholars should enroll full-time at one of the designated universities (please refer to the list of universities).
- For the master’s degree program, candidates must have at least a second-class upper (honors) or at least a CGPA of 3.0 at the undergraduate degree level.
